Devon received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of
Tennessee, Knoxville. He majored in finance with a secondary area of focus in leadership.
During his time at the University of Tennessee, Devon concentrated on real estate development
and organizational management. He graduated with honors in the spring of 2022.
Currently, Devon focuses on the implementation of Leading Workplace Solutions in multiple
businesses and organizations. Devon’s work surrounding the analysis of employee work
functions and workspace utilization has resulted in both real-estate savings and a more flexible
workforce. Devon’s drive to understand the unique aspects of each organization has resulted in
tailored solutions that keep both the overall organizational goals and the employees in mind.
Through his work, Devon has developed modern workspaces and floor plans that have allowed
organizations to incorporate updated furnishings, employee flexibility, updated work processes,
and organizational change. This work has resulted in identifying square footage needs,
relinquishing unnecessary real estate, creating cost savings, and cost avoidance.
Devon’s experiences with real estate and organizational change led him to pursue a career as a
Management Consultant in order to implement Leading Workplace Solutions. His experience
with real estate analysis, financial analysis, and organizational management and leadership offers valuable insight that can transform organizations both culturally and physically.
