With a Bachelor's Degree from San Diego State University and a background in teaching, auditing, finance, and accounting, Heather’s education laid a strong foundation for her current role.
Before joining Baskin Strategies, Heather dedicated nearly 20 years to public service working in California and Tennessee State Governments. She honed her skills in compliance auditing, process analysis, real estate optimization, and performance planning. Her knack for process improvement and passion for operational efficiency led to the successful rollout of Alternative Workplace Solutions within her department when she was with the State of Tennessee.
Currently, Heather spearheads projects across the Southeast focusing on optimizing workspaces, re-evaluating workforce flexibility, establishing organizational objectives, meeting project management deadlines, and providing strategic insights for process improvements and compliance. Her approach to understanding the unique needs of each organization results in customized, effective solutions designed to elevate both operational effectiveness and client satisfaction.
Heather loves traveling, outdoor adventures, and spending time with family and friends. Her desire to learn new things and meet new people makes her an ideal consultant to work with you and your team!
